Our sleeves are being produced by using a unique flexible "sealing bar" instead of a fixed die-cut knife.

By means of this flexible sealing bar we are in the position to produce every possible pot-size and sleeve shape within a minimum set-up time and without costs for expensive die-cut tools.

Our state of the art equipment offers flexibility in the number and position of ventilation holes and watering holes. Our machines are equipped with inkjet applicators, which enable us to either print each individual sleeve with a unique Track & Trace number and/or apply your specific product or code number on the sleeve during the bag making process, after printing.

At the same time we produce sleeves for hand packing and machine packing and we adjust the block height and hole position and diameter to fit the most commonly used automatic sleeving machines.
